Have you tried kernel oil?

  Hey guys,
I choose not to go so scientific on this post....lol. I believe when one starts blogging about canal oil and the others, they begin to use words like "cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, trans-fatty acids, lauric, myristic. At the first glance its gonna sound pitifully boring. But the question still remains, Have you tried canal oil? I mean its natural, easy to get, cheap, and multi-purpose. Do you have scars, I mean really black scars, pimples, irritation on the skin, just try it. While I was growing up, my mom made us use the oil despite its smell. But we all realized that as we grew older we glowed and got so many questions about what products we made use of. To avoid the smell the oil produces, you could mix it with your present cream and whew, you good to go.

The importance of canal oil is immense and it is optimally available as far as you can get its natural elements. It doesn't take time and it is not expensive. Technology has made extraction seem complicated but I have an easier and simpler version in order for you to get the oil as quick as possible.

The traditional oil extraction method is to fry palm kernels in old oil or simply heat the dried nuts. The fried kernels are then pounded or ground to a paste in a motorized grinder. The paste is mixed with a small quantity of water and heated to release the palm kernel oil. The released oil is periodically skimmed from the top.

I believe the method above is extremely easy and cheap beyond some of the artificial creams we make use of which may act negatively on our skin as we age.
