''Every Generation of Nigeria must define what it means to be Nigerian''

I love me,
I love me black,
I love my hair wholly,
I love my weather,
I love me....I love Nigeria.

Being Nigerian is no choice but destiny. You got to deal with it. There's no need sticking with it because you do that everyday. There's a reason you found yourself in West Africa which  lies between latitudes 10° 0' N, and longitudes 8° 00' E. Its so refreshing to know this. I got to wake up every morning realizing that am black....I mean black and I got to be proud.

It then becomes the duty of Every Nigerian here and around the world to define what been Nigerian is. What's our obligation to this Nation. For America defined itself based on who there are. So we have to do that. For the moment a child begins to work, he has to understand what it means to be Nigerian.

''Nigerians abroad take all the insults resulting from our actions back home''

Our people are ebbing away like a rapidly receding tide.... I will not dwell on, nor mourn our ultimate decay, nor reproach our paleful brothers with hastening it, as all too may have been some what to blame.

You may be surprise that Nigerians abroad dissociate from having any form of relationship with the country. For the only thing that makes its fact blurry is that Race is not Geno type but Phenotype. Its what people see not what you claim. You black, You black. You light skin, You light skin. That's fact. It doesn't matter If your mother's white but If the color of your skin speaks forth black.....You black. Ask Obama, he will tell you race got nothing to with any of your relative been white.

During the 70's and 80's Nigeria was regarded as developing rapidly. It was recognized widely because of its fast rising economy and the level at which Nigerians were willingly to go to school. At that period a Naira to a dollar lacked the massive difference we see today. But along the way something happened. What happened no one may be able to describe...for History has been tempered by people who had access to its documentation. At this point, Nigeria began to dwindle. It may have been the excesses of the politicians. It may have been the over exertion on the economic policy. I may not be sure but all am sure of right here is  that ''the Image of Nigerians became ruptured Internationally''. No one wants to claim any form of relationship with the country because of its fast decline leading from Its corrupt practices.

Its not their fault that they try to disassociate but our fault. Everyone's fault. Its definitely not the fault of any administration. For we have contributed to its decline both directly or indirectly. Have you taken bribe, Have you inflated the prices of goods and services, Have you taken part in fraud of any kind. So much more. But pointing hands at anyone is pointless. Change has to begin right in the consciousness of every Nigerian. If not, that change we look forward to may just end up a mirage.

One of those rare women...I love her confidence.

Bleaching and psychological disorder.

 Hello viewers,
I know quite alright that one's decision is one's choice. But They could be no better reason for bleaching than ''a sense of low self esteem. You may or may not have realized your esteem issues but its there. Hiding in very little cubicles right in the middle of your heart. Bleaching isn't relative but it is done by the both sexes...Don't be surprise guys bleach. I have met dozens. I do not know why a person would go to the market in order to buy materials which would aid in the altering of the pigment that gives the skin its coloration....The Melanin. Some do not even care of the adverse effect but they just wanna look attractive. May I ask attractive to whom really. You are black...enjoy it, love it, cherish  it, adore and get creams to aid the skin and not destroy it.

I mean... they is nothing as beautiful as looking at a really black woman who is confident within herself. It Just has something juicy...creamy and ice creamy. I met a dark girl who turned out to be my friend Tomi Atiolola, she happens to be ebony dark and the most beautiful girl I may have met. So bleaching does not make any one adorable. Maybe the glow of bleaching could take you through Youth but what about during old age. When that skin begins to wrinkle and age with time. When we overwork our bodies, we may not notice the consequences but in time we would.

Hey ladies,,,Black, dark, fair, or whatever you are beautiful,, I mean really beautiful. look deep down that gold plated heart of yours and you may realize that you believe in yourself more than it seems.

''Does the length of your skirt determine the strength of your relationship with God''

Hello everyone..
This question always makes me puzzle and it may have made you ponder in time...''Does the length of your skirt determine the strength of your relationship with God'' I may give a quick answer than expected.....I say no. A lot of potential Christians get to hear the rules before the rewards. Christianity is and would never be a religion filled up with regulations and obligations. ''Thou shall put on a skirt 8 inches below your knees, Thou shall not put on earrings, Thou shall  not, and Thou shall not''. Its simply a religion based on a personal relationship with the creator. So many older Christians excellently succeed in pushing away new Christians because of all this obligations. Do not get me wrong, I am not trying to support indecent dressing or of that sought....All I try to do here is to make you all know that If you like eh.....put on skirts 17 inches below your knees it doesn't change anything. If you like oh.....cover or uncover you hair that does not matter. For the bible says Except a man be born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God.

What matters is your relationship with God. You do not need to go around judging people based on their decisions but look into yourself. The problem with Nigerians is that they care about how others look and act than their own selves. Quit looking at others and take a good look at yourself. How does God see me, Does he even know me or does he just overlook my existence. Christianity is more personal than we would ever know. This is because you would be judged in Isolation of every other person. All your Friends that make you take terrible decisions would never be there to explain that it wasn't really your idea but theirs.

Think about it,,,, The length of ones skirt does not determine the strength of ones relationship with God.

'' I am catholic I cannot come to your church''

Yesterday, I took to disseminating letters for invitation to a children's program I was organizing. I did that from house to house. I then got to a house were I met only children. So, I smiled and said I would love you guys to come for a program some blocks away in my church. You wouldn't want to know the reply of this child... ''I am catholic I can't come to your church''

So much indoctrination even to children. I expected a reply like ''my parents aren't at home but I promise to ask for their permission. But they sounded so adult like....'' I am catholic I can't come to your church" it struck me. Isn't there just one God. Did the child believe that the God in his church is different from the God in mine''

Photos: Young leaders from Nigeria receive Queen's Award at the Buckingham Palace special ceremony

Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday evening presented awards to the 2016 Queens' Young Leaders from 60 exceptional young leaders from 45 Commonwealth nations, including three Nigerians- Olanrewaju Adeloye, Imrana Alhaji Buba and Olumide Femi Makanjuola, in a special ceremony at Buckingham Palace.

Prince Harry and football star David Beckham who attended the ceremony hailed inspirational young people from across the Commonwealth as role models to others as their achievements were honoured by the Queen.

Harry described the 60 winners of the Queen’s Young Leaders Awards as “an inspiration to so many” when they received medals for showing exceptional leadership in their communities.
Beckham said he hoped his children would look up to those being honoured during the Buckingham Palace ceremony. The footballer, who attended the inaugural awards ceremony last year, said:

"I want my children to be inspired by these guys, whatever they want to be, to be honest, as long as they have dreams, aspirations and what better people to look at than these young women and men."
The award recognises the exceptional leadership of young people from across the Commonwealth’s member states and Harry paid his own tribute to the Queen for her role leading the nation.
During the presentation ceremony led by the Queen, he said:
“I have been extremely fortunate to meet many exceptional people over the years, but none more so than Her Majesty The Queen. As the head of the Commonwealth, the Nation, the Armed Forces and our family, I – like millions of others across the world – have been able to look to her for inspiration and guidance.
"The Queen, who assumed the challenge of leadership at such a young age, has shown us all the importance of selfless commitment and service. She is the example I aspire to and the standard by which I will judge my contribution.
Harry told the winners gathered in the Palace’s ballroom: "The Queen’s Young Leaders award recognises what you have achieved, not for yourselves, but for your communities, for your peers, and for those less fortunate.
"Your service spans a broad spectrum of fields from HIV and sexual health education, to micro finance and the recycling of hi-tech waste. You have already been an inspiration to so many, but I hope this award will inspire you to go out and achieve even greater things in the future, empowered by the network of leaders you now sit amongst."

Is fate the sole driving force of religious engagement?

Lately I have been asking my self a lot of questions. Does a persons environment determine the choice of his religious belief. You Know what I mean. meet a Christian today and they got what to say of their belief. Same goes to members of other religious belief. Does a persons environment determine one's entrenchment to a particular belief... so many people are born into a particular belief and it becomes difficult for them to accept a contrary opinion.

How can one undergo the journey to finding what is really true''

individual to accept someones  View of the matter.

''What religious people do to sound like free thinkers''

Hello everyone,,
Do no preface your response with
''One of my best friends is a Muslim or a Christian'' because it makes no difference and no one
cares because you can have a Christian or a Muslim friend and do segregation stuff.
Do not even claim that my great-great grand Uncle was a Muslim or Christian.
believe in peace and harmony. ''You cannot force someone to love you more than they choose to'
    same as you can't make anyone accept your views on an issue';
Accepting one's position while keeping your views does not make you a free thinker''
All it makes you do is compromise. Stick to your views. when telling someone what you believe in,
you got to do it maturely while isolating strife. If they choose to disagree, you let matters die.

Depression sounds like a calm expression, but it is a word that has affected thousands of young people in the 21st generation....
